Monte Xanic integrates more technology and sustainable practices every day throughout every step of production, from the vineyard to the bottle.
Water is our greatest ally, yet climate change stands among the biggest challenges for our generation.
We have developed a strategic program to conserve and protect natural resources, use renewable energy, and reuse or recycle our waste, among other initiatives.
OUR STRATEGIC SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM FOCUSES ON:
In the past year (2024), we reduced our carbon footprint by 8%, going from 2.61 to 2.28 kg of CO₂e per liter of wine.
We also improved our water footprint by 45% over the last three years during the grape-to-wine conversion process.
All our wines are certified vegan with the V-Label, ensuring they are free from animal-derived products.
Since January 2023, Monte Xanic has been officially certified as organic by an international organization.
