Our rosé is crafted from the finest Grenache clusters from our Ojos Negros vineyard,” said Oscar Gaona, winemaker at Monte Xanic.
“We select the perfect harvest day based on the desired aromas and sugars, achieving a high aromatic profile with notes of peach, apricot, citrus, and white flowers, combined with natural freshness and medium-high acidity.”
This elegant Rosé MX from Ojos Negros Valley features a Provençal style, with a distinctive color, expressive aromas of strawberry, raspberry, peach, grapefruit, white flowers, and roses.
